Maryland Property Group is a trade name of More Gad LLC. We invest in, manage, and directly acquire residential and commercial real estate in the communities we know. The same people who underwrite a deal stand behind how it's run.
Who we are
A hands-on real estate company working across residential and commercial property in Greater Baltimore. We wear three hats — investor, manager, and direct buyer — which means we look at every property the way an owner does, not the way a leasing-only shop does.
How we operate
Disciplined underwriting, documented operations, and plain communication. We'd rather give an owner an honest "here's the real cost" than an optimistic number that falls apart later. AppFolio keeps reporting transparent.
Why Maryland
We focus on Baltimore City and Baltimore County because local knowledge is an edge you can't fake — rents block by block, jurisdiction-specific licensing, lead-paint realities, and which corridors are moving.
Residential + commercial perspective
Most operators do one or the other. Working in both keeps us sharp: residential discipline on tenant experience and turnover, commercial discipline on lease administration and value creation.
Management + investment discipline
Because we own and operate too, we manage to protect a business plan — not just to collect a fee. Vacancy, deferred maintenance, and weak screening cost real money, and we treat them that way.
